From Africa, the eliminated teams include:

  • Congo, Chad, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eswatini, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Lesotho, Mauritania, Mauritius, São Tomé and Príncipe, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, The Gambia, Togo, Burundi, and the Central African Republic.

From Asia and Oceania, the eliminated nations are:

  • Afghanistan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China PR, Chinese Taipei, Fiji, Guam, Hong Kong (China), India, Korea DPR, Kuwait, Kyrgyz Republic, Laos, Lebanon, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestine, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tahiti, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Vanuatu, Vietnam, and Yemen.

From the Caribbean and Americas, the following teams exited:

  • Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Montserrat, Puerto Rico, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

From Europe and other regions, the eliminated sides include:

Chile, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, and Peru.
