Political commentator Ibrahim Little has expressed deep disappointment with President Bola Tinubu’s administration, stating that many of the challenges Nigeria faced under former President Muhammadu Buhari have only intensified. According to Little, issues such as economic hardship, rising poverty, and insecurity have deteriorated rather than improved since Tinubu took office.

He lamented the worsening living conditions of Nigerians, highlighting increased unemployment, inflation, and insecurity across many regions. Little criticized Tinubu for not visiting communities affected by violence and seeming more preoccupied with social events rather than addressing pressing national crises.

The commentator also faulted the administration’s approach to economic policies, particularly the removal of fuel subsidies, which he asserts has disproportionately hurt vulnerable citizens. Little called for urgent and practical solutions rather than political rhetoric, urging the government to address the root causes of Nigeria’s problems to restore hope among its citizens.

Little’s remarks add to the growing chorus of voices questioning the efficacy of Tinubu’s governance and calls for accountability and more effective leadership to tackle Nigeria’s multifaceted challenges.
