An Abuja High Court has set November 26, 2025, as the date to hear the alleged assault and battery case against Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck. The suit was filed by Levi Ogbogiri, known as Kraziecent, who accused the rapper of violently assaulting him at a public event on December 16, 2024. Kraziecent alleged that Odumodublvck attacked him without any provocation while he was peacefully taking pictures and videos, resulting in physical injuries and damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max.

During court proceedings, Kraziecent’s lawyer informed the judge that all necessary documents had been served to the rapper, but Odumodublvck had yet to file a formal response. The rapper’s counsel requested an adjournment to adequately prepare for the case, and the judge consequently fixed the hearing date for late November.

Kraziecent is seeking compensation for the physical and emotional harm suffered, including damages for his phone, as well as a public apology to be issued on social media and in national newspapers. He is also requesting a court injunction to prevent further harassment.

The case has drawn significant public attention, with previous incidents highlighting Odumodublvck’s sometimes aggressive interactions with fans and members of the public. The outcome of this trial will be closely watched within the entertainment scene and legal community.
