The All Progressives Congress (APC) has refuted a social media post claiming to announce the dates for its 2025 nationwide congresses. In a clear statement from the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC emphasized that the purported timetable circulating online is fake news and was neither approved nor released by the party.
Morka urged party members, supporters, and the general public to ignore any unauthorized schedules and to rely only on official communications channels of the APC for authentic and verified information about party congresses and activities. He reaffirmed that any legitimate announcements regarding congresses will be made by the National Working Committee (NWC) through recognized platforms.
The party called on everyone to be cautious of misinformation that could cause confusion and disrupt the smooth organization of party activities. APC reassured its members of ongoing efforts to ensure transparency and timely communication as the party prepares for upcoming political events.
