Abia First Lady Urges Teachers to Nurture Pupils’ Hidden Talents

Mrs. Priscilla Chidinma Otti, wife of Abia State Governor Dr. Alex Otti, has urged teachers across the state to dedicate themselves to identifying and nurturing the unique potentials of their pupils.
