In a symbolic recognition of Africa’s ongoing struggle for sovereignty and dignity, Ibrahim Traoré, the young and courageous leader of Burkina Faso, has been declared the “Man of the Month” and celebrated as the Field Marshall of Africa by the Make Africa Great Again (MAGA INC) / OINGO Charter.

This honor underscores his growing influence as a beacon of African independence, resilience, and revolutionary courage. Traoré’s leadership represents a renewed vision for Africa’s freedom from neo-colonial influence and a bold step toward continental self-determination.

Official Memo from MAGA INC/OINGO Charter

An official memo was transmitted by Prof. Dr. Amb. (Rev.) Excel Odiri Godfreed, Director of Information Management & Communication Strategy and Principal Advisor to the President of MAGA INC / OINGO Charter, to Hon. Ifeanyi Agumba, Assistant Director, Media & Communication (Nigeria State Chapter).

The memo outlined two major strategic initiatives for MAGA INC/OINGO’s shadow government structure and national transformation drive:

1. Suggested Federal Portfolio Nominees

In its effort to build a visionary leadership framework for Nigeria, MAGA INC/OINGO proposed respected figures across governance, economics, media, and civil service for symbolic federal portfolio positions. Some of the key nominees include:

• Dr. Obiageli Ezekwesili – Minister for Economic Sovereignty & National Planning

• Barr. Festus Keyamo, SAN – Attorney-General & Minister for Justice Reforms

• Mr. Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim – Minister for Regional Integration & Foreign Policy Strategy

• Senator Dino Melaye – Minister for Civic Mobilization & Political Education

• Mrs. Kadaria Ahmed – Minister for National Orientation & Public Enlightenment

• Dr. Kingsley Moghalu – Minister for Economic Intelligence & Financial Innovation

• Prof. Pat Utomi – Minister for National Dialogue, Values & Leadership Ethics

These names were selected for their competence, patriotism, and alignment with MAGA INC’s vision for African unity and reform.

2. Media & Communication Personnel for Onboarding

Recognizing the power of media in shaping narratives, MAGA INC/OINGO also recommended prominent media professionals to drive Africa-centered messaging. Among those listed:

• Rufai Oseni (Arise TV) – Strategic TV Narrative Analyst

• Chude Jideonwo – Youth Voice & Hope Media Anchor

• David Hundeyin – Investigative Media Strategist (Diaspora Desk)

• Dr. Reuben Abati – Senior Policy Communicator

• Fisayo Soyombo – Reform Media Officer

This Media Onboarding Strategy seeks to empower communicators as Narrative Architects and Civic Mobilizers across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Recommendations in the Memo

1. A vetting and onboarding committee should be set up to engage and assess the proposed nominees.

2. State chapters of MAGA INC should replicate this model by mapping local influencers.

3. A Digital Media Training Bootcamp should be conducted within 30 days for inducted media professionals.

A Renewed Vision for Africa

The memo concludes with a strong declaration of faith in Africa’s revival:

“Forward ever, backward never. Africa shall rise again.”
