The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has set Thursday, November 6, 2025, as the official date for the passing-out ceremony of the 2024 Batch C, Stream One corps members across Nigeria. The announcement was made in a statement by Mrs. Caroline Embu, Director of Information and Public Relations for NYSC.
The passing-out event will be low-key but comprehensive, beginning with Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) sessions in local government areas nationwide. The ceremony will also include the signing and collection of final clearance letters by outgoing corps members, supervised by zonal inspectors.
Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, NYSC Director-General, congratulated the corps members and acknowledged their resilience and patriotic contributions during their service year. He urged them to remain ambassadors of the scheme wherever they go after service.
The passing-out marks the formal end of their one-year national service, a critical milestone for Nigerian youth serving their country and preparing for their professional futures.
