Nigerian rapper and singer Skales, born Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, has shared a poignant reflection on his modest upbringing. Growing up in Kaduna State, Skales revealed that he, along with his family, lived in a small hut and slept on mats, underscoring the humble conditions from which he emerged. Despite these challenges, he nurtured a passion for music that eventually propelled him to stardom.
