Former Kano State Governor and veteran politician Abdullahi Ganduje has categorically denied recent reports that he intends to abandon the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Speaking on September 6, 2025, Ganduje dismissed the rumors as baseless and reaffirmed his unwavering loyalty to the APC.
Ganduje emphasized that his primary focus remains on strengthening the APC and contributing positively to the party’s preparations ahead of the crucial 2027 general elections. He stated, “I am committed to the progress and unity of the APC. There is no truth to the claims that I am planning to defect to the ADC or any other party.”
